How to post forum topics
Get the word out about what matters to you! On YourChartiersValley.com, you can talk with your neighbors in your community forum. You can start your own topic, comment on others' postings and get your neighbors' feedback on your ideas.
Here's how it works:
1. Log in. Only logged-in members can post to the forums. If you haven't registered yet, click here to join.
2. Browse the forum topics. Once you're logged in, click on "Forums" at the top of the page, and check out what everyone is talking about. If you click on a topic and would like to share your opinion, there's a spot underneath the post where you can add a comment.
3. Post your topic or question. If you haven't found a place in the forum to share your opinion as a comment, you can start a new topic. There are two ways to do this. In the forums, near the top of the page, you can click on the link that says "Post new forum topic." Or, underneath the main site menu, you can click on "Forum topic" in the membership bar.
From there, you just fill out a title (subject) for your post, choose the forum you want it to appear under, and post what you want to say in the body field. Then, at the bottom of the page, click on "preview" to view your post. You must then click the "submit" button in order for your post to appear on the site.
Don't forget to follow the Terms of Service that you agreed to when you joined this site. If your topic would be easier for people to find in another section of the forum, it may be moved there by a site manager.
If you have any questions about the forum or anything else on YourChartiersValley.com, just let us know and we'll reply as soon as possible.
